Present:  Nancy Bailey, Suzanne Chapman, Janice Boltseridge, Elyse Sullivan, Roberta Passardi, Katherine Kalagher-Ryan
Absent: Dorothy Drobney
Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Budget Workshop
Suzanne Chapman reviewed the HMO/HDHP Benefits available for the Town of Willington Employees. We discussed the possibility of adding the Director’s position to the Town of Willington Insurance Pool. The insurance package would be flexible based on compensation but could include Health, Dental and 403b benefit plan.
The Board reviewed and discussed proposed 2013-2014 proposed budget.
Janice Boltseridge motioned to accept the proposed 2013-2014 budget.
Nancy Bailey – Seconded
All in favor. Motion passes.

ADJOURN
Janice Boltseridge made a motion to adjourn at 7:10 p.m.  Nancy Bailey seconded .
